Graduates of the Academy for Climate Action network engage in regular professional networking activities. A third alumni meeting was held on 14 November 2024, providing further opportunities for engagement.
On November 14, 2024, we saw just how important it is to meet in person. That was the date of the third alumni meeting of the Climate Protection Academy.
The Climate Lab was the ideal setting, offering formal and informal networking opportunities, as well as updates from Johannes Naimer-Stach and Marion Zöchbauer.
One particular highlight of the program was Anna Pixer‘s contribution from the KONTEXT Institute for Climate Issues.
She presented the main focus of her work, showing how analyses can facilitate objective climate debates. One exciting topic discussed during the subsequent roundtable discussion was building bridges between emotional and rational discourse. Incidentally, the KONTEXT Institute’s valuable resources can be used and shared.
After the official part of the event, everyone headed to the buffet, where they enjoyed exciting conversations and made new contacts.
