Module 1
Kick-Off
Introduction to the topic

In the kick-off, the participants get to know each other and all the strengths they can bring to the course. The module serves as an initial examination of the situation of companies in terms of sustainability. The first content modules deal with the topic of awareness-raising, which is central to a successful green transformation.
Module 2
Basics Climate Protection in Organisations
full day
It paints a comprehensive picture of the current climate crisis situation. This deep understanding of the problem is necessary in order to take the appropriate steps. Participants will receive input on key terminology to enable them to speak knowledgeably about the topic and raise awareness with others.

Deepening Climate Protection in Organisations

In this module, participants will learn about the methodology we use at ORCA Evolution to lead organizations to climate neutrality. Possible solutions for companies are developed together in highly interactive group work. The necessary steps for companies are dealt with in detail in 2 days.

Insights and context

This module serves to set the framework and embed the topic of climate protection for organisations. Broader approaches to sustainability are discussed (SDG, ESG), as well as the regulatory framework for companies. Specific tools and methods such as Corporate Carbon Footprint or ProductCarbon Footrpint are also part of the module.

Consulting Experience

This module focuses on implementation. Based on a systemic consulting approach, we teach participants which building blocks are particularly relevant for successful projects and what to pay special attention to when supporting companies, whether in an external or internal role. Based on consulting cases, we communicate our approach, what works well in our experience and what may not have worked as desired.

Conclusion

The final module serves to review and reflect on what has been learned. All open questions that are relevant for the participants to go into implementation are discussed. This module also focuses on networking and finding possible joint future projects.

O: The learning insights are shared with everyone in one-hour online sessions, and the trainers answer open questions.
