The workshop series is for all managing directors of SMEs, executives, sustainability managers and everyone else, who want to lead and support their organization in the green transformation.
What to expect
Over 3 half days, we will guide you through interactive online sessions. In addition, there will be two “fireside chats” with external experts and practical reports.

Module 1: Sustainability basics (facts about the climate crisis; important terms such as climate neutral and net zero; opportunities and risks for companies)
Module 2: Regulatory framework (EU Green Deal; current situation in Austria/German-speaking countries/global; science-based targets and value chains)
Module 3: Lösungen und Umsetzung (Klimastrategien entwickeln, konkrete Lösungen umsetzen, Quellen für Inspiration)
Setup and procedure
Trainers from the Academy for Climate Action accompany the workshop series and pass on their expertise. The online sessions are designed to be interactive and provide plenty of space for individual questions and discussions.
In two fireside chats between the online sessions, you will receive additional input from people in the field with different perspectives.
